Shocked, saddened, remembering good times...so many thoughts when I found out. My love and prayers are with you now. "Back in the day" Judy and I had so much fun together! She was a good friend. And when she found her soul mate in John, we were thrilled for the both of you. It will always bring a smile to my face when I think about her asking me to come into her classroom and say the 3 lines of French I remembered from high school. She would laugh and laugh because the lines came with a southern accent. :o) Know she was loved and will be missed greatly. With much love and sympathy I send you this message.

I will always remember what a wonderful person and teacher that Judy was at FPC. I just spoke to an FPC graduate that was saying that Judy was one of her best teachers in high school.
I taught with Judy so many years ago, when she had just met the love of her life, John. So many memories...it brings a smile to my face when I think of the classroom that we shared with just a separator in between our rooms--we often joked about the noises that we could hear from our classes.
Judy, you are, and were much loved for being a beautiful person.
My prayers and thoughts are with you, John and family.

Dear John,
I am so sorry for your lose. My friend Judy, what can I say? Judy was one of a kind. Sweet and funny are the words that come to my mind when I think of Judy. I knew you, John and Judy, before you started dating. I was thrilled to see the relationship grow and flourish and finally marriage. I hope that you both have made each other happy over the many years. I am sure you have.
I remember joking with Judy about how we didn't like to eat just one cookie out of the bag but to finish off the whole thing. It is crazy to remember such a funny thing but it always told me that Judy knew how to live life now and enjoy what she had in that moment.
Judy was and always will be a beautiful friend and a sweet, fun-loving child of God.
Much love and sorrow to you John in your hour of need,
Dora

I am so deeply sorry for your loss. Mrs. Young was my French teacher at FPC all four years. Not only was she a great teacher, but she was also a great person and friend. I've often thought about her over the years and how much I enjoyed her class. I remember her smile could light up a room. I went on to get my minor in French from Flagler College. I know she would have been proud. My husband and I had decided that we would pass on my love of foreign language to our children by teaching them French. That will now be done in honor of Mrs. Young. Please know that my prayers are with you and your family. She will be greatly missed.

John,
I am so very sorry for your loss. My daughter, Nicole, went to Paris with Judy in 1992 as a tenth grader. It is one of her fondest memories of one of her favorite teachers. Both of my sons, Brad and Todd, also studied French with Judy. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

The world is a much sadder place without the love and smile of my dear Judy. We met 28 years ago when we taught side by side at FPCHS and had so much fun over the years. There are so many wonderful memories especially her love for John, JeAnn and anything French. I miss and cry for her daily. May we all find comfort in the fact that she is no longer suffering and is with the Lord.
