Krawchuk, Jean Marie, 82, of Ormond Beach, passed away on May 28, 2010.  Jean was born in New York City on December 11, 1927, the only child of Frank and Julia Drag.  Before moving to Ormond Beach in 1993, Jean spent most of her life in northeast Ohio where she was a school bus driver for 22 years.   Throughout her life, she loved being with her  family, friends, pets and her beautiful flower gardens.  Jean’s heart reached out to help people in many ways, whether by a smile, conversation, sharing meals, donating financially to those in need, adopting homeless pets and most all by showing her caring love and concern for others.  In Florida, Jean was a member of AARP Chapter 1057, the Polish American Pulaski Club, Daytona Beach, and volunteered on many programs, including Meals on Wheels and EvenStart.   Jean was the beloved wife of Stanley, deceased;  loving mother of Sharon, Dennis, Mary Ann, and Timothy; long time cherished companion of Walter Lorek; and grandmother of Bennet, Kendall and Alexandria. She will be deeply missed.

Jean’s life will be remembered at a funeral mass and reception to be held on June 12, 2010 at 11:00 A. M. at Santa Maria Del Mar Catholic Church, 915 North Central Avenue, Flagler Beach, FL 32136.
