Joan Arlene McDowell of Ormond Beach passed away Tuesday July 6, 2010.  She was 74.   Joan, a homemaker, was born February 3, 1936 and came to this area in 1995 from Fairfax, VA.  Predeceased by her son David, she is survived by husband Rowland "Bud" McDowell; a son, Michael; two daughters, Mary Jenks and Laurie Ann Senio; grandchildren, Christine and Gregory Jenks; Shawn and Jennifer McDowell; Scott, Chris and Andrew McDowell; Allison, Samantha and Katherine Senio.
